Let me start by saying I wasn’t planning on having a day of coordinator. I didn’t think I needed one; after all we were eloping.
We tossed around the idea of hiring someone to be there day of just to make sure things ran smoothly. I mean.. there’s not much to it. Or so I thought.
When hiring Andie my initial thought was that she’d be there to just help facilitate and do whatever we asked her to. Well she did that, but goodness did she do so much more.
It’s an incredible talent for someone to be five steps ahead, reading your mind, acting on something for you before you even think about it.
I asked Andie to provide some refreshments for us. Maybe some chips or a granola bars in case we got hungry on site while getting ready… This woman showed up with an entire luxurious charcuterie board and hand selected 3 different quality bottles of champagne. It was delightful and so beautifully prepared. Her pairing of cheeses and spreads, meats and jams.. goodness, it was incredible! I was thankful she didn’t settle for chips!
Somehow between catering to us, replenishing food and drinks, she was fixing my hair, consulting the photographer, helping me in my dress, fluffing my train, executing the timeline, getting the musician in place, queuing music, coordinating with the venue, holding my flowers and train while I walked, comforting us and our parents..
I can’t believe I thought I didn’t need a day of coordinator. All those things left for me to facilitate without her? How would I have cherished the day with all those tasks and distractions?
Andie made sure Ryan and I had absolutely nothing to do except walk down that ceremony isle and say I do. It was the most beautiful, intimate, and stress free experience I could ever imagined.
I want to add that I’ve also assisted Andie on weddings. Full blown big weddings. Her approach, her professionalism, her incredibly organized mind and creativity is one of a kind no matter the size of the event.
I could write an entire essay on why you should hire Andie for your special event. If nothing else, do a consultation with this woman and I promise you will not regret it.

"Hiring Andie was a no-brainer. After our short phone consultation, I knew we needed to have her with us in our wedding planning journey. Andie was patient and helpful in guiding our daughter to make the initial decisions about what type of wedding she wanted to have. She asked the right questions, highlighting important considerations we would not have known to take into account.
Each step of the way, she told us what we needed to be doing or thinking about next. She broke the process into manageable steps while handling a million details for us. Andie's already established relationships with wedding vendors saved us so much time and money. Also, Andie knew where we should spend more money and where we could save more in order to make the event as spectacular as possible within the budget we had allotted. When the wedding weekend arrived, Andie not only came completely prepared to coordinate and manage the events we had planned over our three day wedding weekend, she also brought a team of hard working professionals with her. I would like to say Andie made all of our daughters wedding dreams come true, but that would not be exactly accurate. She truly exceeded anything we could have imagined, creating a memorable and magical time we will always treasure. I lost count of the number of guests who told me that our wedding was the most amazing wedding they had ever attended. However, they did not say it in the polite way guests compliment an event. Instead, they each named specific details that they loved because they were unique or held special meaning for them. While we had many family members and friends who contributed to making this weekend so wonderful, I believe Andie's commitment, experience and hard work are the reason it all came together so beautifully!

Our wedding was magical thanks to Andie. She was a bride’s dream! My dress had some issues with being too big, she pulled out a small sewing kit and fixed it. We were short a bouquet, she threw one together with the leftover flowers, and it was identical to the others. The bustle kept coming undone from my dress, she found me every time to fix it and was gone working on something else before I even knew it. So many of our guests said it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to. 10/10 recommended.
